BEEN AWHiLE! :D

It's been too long since I updated everyone on us, SORRY :) where to start! Well, Kaden FINALLY got his cast off his arm!! As soon as they took it off my mom told him to go wash his hands and he was sooo excited! "I CAN WASH BOTH HANDS NOW!" and "I CAN TAKE A BATH AND PUT BOTH ARMS IN THE WATER!" Too cute! The kids spent a week at my Grandmas land because my step dads father past away :( but Kaden got to ride his fourwheeler! The poor boy never catches a break though, two days after he got out of his cast, I had to take him into the emergency room bc he woke up with his eye swollen shut, he had a clogged tear duct! When he was riding his four wheeler he got a bunch of sand in his eyes so thats what caused it. He is doin GREAT today tho! The kids had a BLAST at my dads 50th birthday party! We LOVED seeing everyone there! Gracie just got her FIRST hair cut! Her hair was soooo curly that it wouldn't grow! It was just a big FRO so we trimmed it and hopefully that will help it grow faster! Nothing really new with me, still workin hard! Hope all is well with everyone else!

Boys will be BOYS! :)

Well, No matter how many times you tell a boy to stop jumping on the couch, you would think he would listen! Kaden will listen NOW, since he broke his arm yesterday he "pinky promises" he won't do it again! ;) He jumped right off the couch onto all fours and broke his forearm, so he in now in a cast and sling (he calls it his arm SWING!) The doc said that the way it broke it will heal very quickly - HOPEFULLY, he was such a trooper throughout the whole thing, getting his xrays, putting the cast on etc...up until we get to the car to go home, he couldn't climb into the car, couldn't put his seat belt on, the poor kid couldn't do ANYTHING! So the whole drive home he just cried and wanted it OFF! By this time the cast was starting to harden and it was makin him even more mad! He starts thinking, he can't ride his fourwheeler anymore, or his bike... We get home and he learns that it is hard, so what do I teach him?! To hit me on the head with it, just so he would stop being sad, BIG MISTAKE! (For some of you who don't know or remember, I had a cast the same age as him and I was called Castie and would ALWAYS hit my brother with it) He thought that was hilarious so he has to do it to me every couple minutes, talk about headaches! :) He is smart tho, he is taking advantage of this and insists on popsicles and candy and anything he wants! lol Other than all this, he is doing very well, he goes back to the doc on Monday and from there we will know how long he will have to have the cast on!

Four Wheelin'

Kaden got to FINALLY get his four wheeler muddy!! I was so proud, he did awesome! He kept sayin "look at how dirty it is mama!" The pics explain it all, we had a BLAST!

Gracies Doc. Appt.

Well, Gracie went to the Doctor yesterday for her lil fat feet, she has what looks like atheletes foot between her toes, I know it sounds disgusting but they really irritate her. All the doc said was.... doesn't look infected shes fine! WASNT EXPECTING THAT! He wasn't her normal doc though he was his assistant so we are going to try and get him to see her. Anyway, shes still the normal G gettin into everything, take a look at her video below! :)

Kaden is doing really good, he was having some problems awhile back with not getting along with his sister. Then when Gracie and I went to go see her dad he finally got the chance to actually miss her! He saw her when we first got home and was so excited! "HI SWEETIE!" :) We FINALLY get to go ride our four wheelers this weekend so he is VERY excited about that! Dont worry we will have pics of us "stuck in the mud!"

Gracie got to see her DADDY! Y'all know that he was in Iraq for 15 months so this makes it the 3rd time to see him, they did really great! She was finally able to get close with him. She would look at him outta the corner of her eye and run like she was trying to get him to chase her! It was really cute, this is her when we left it was a BAD idea to give her a brownie! :)

FIRST UPDATE!

Here is Kaden on his four-wheeler that he got for Christmas!
He LOVES it and can't wait for the warm air to stick around so he can get on it more!
